I have enjoyed Jersey Mike for years. However, recently I have noticed a sloppy habit of scraping the ingredients that fall off the sandwiches into the lettuce container. Sorry but I find this gross and lazy. Seems like a better policy would be to discard any ingredients that fall off a sandwich during prep. Tonight I went in to get a sandwich and noticed the prep counter was not scrapped off before making my sandwich (there was like 4+ employees and I was the only customer at the counter).
