I don't typically write reviews on negatively based criteria AND I will give the crew some benefit of the doubt here. My wife and I ordered our subs through the app, about 30 minutes prior to closing. When we got home, my sandwich, which was a #9 club, was missing the olive oil, vinegar, lettuce, tomatoes and onions. My wife's sandwich was missing her hot pepper relish, as well as her oil and vinegar too. Friendly staff and REALLY quick service. The subs were fresh and delicious.
I drove all the way from Davenport to come to work in Ocoee and I decided to have Jersey Mike's for lunch. I went in and ordered me a BLT and the lady that was making my sandwich. I think her name was jaliyah . She was very unprofessional very rude. All I asked, was for some meat on my sandwich and she kind of puffed making my sandwich which didn't really have much but bacon, lettuce, and mayo.
