Absolutely amazing customer service in a world where CS has been forgotten. Staff is amazing!!
We were greeted as we entered by three young men who were very pleasant. Service was good ,but the sandwiches not so much. The subs were sloppy and falling apart with every bite. This was my first time eating from this particular location and I do know that not all Jerseys Mikes are like this. The one in White Marsh subs are always on point.
I give this three stars for 4 reasons 1 gave me the wrong bread 2 put too much vinegar 3 too much ham not enough salami 4 there was a hair on my sub I got a mini #11
I been here for a hour and 4 item is still not ready. 2 subs 1 brownie 1 chips. It’s an online order. Yes they are busy but they have been taking walk in orders but ignoring online tickets. Got here at 12:20 pm it’s 1:20 pm now. I have sen so many ppl walk in and out. But every time I asked we are making it.
