Great food and customer service very friendly
I went in tonight for subs and I said will and Corbin both were also have amazing customer service and definitely a great personality and know how to talk with customer definitely will be back ☺️
We come here a lot because it’s one of the only sub shops in town but the service is so slow and terrible. Staff is super unprofessional and often idle, just waiting for the sandwich to get passed down to them in their slow assembly line while there’s a huge bottleneck with the staff member taking the orders. They really need to manage this place better and come up with a quicker system with better customer service. But I never see anyone in here who looks like a manager.
I am a huge Jersey Mike’s fan, but this location is terrible. Orders are almost always wrong, after waiting for 30+ minutes. The place is always dirty, even right after opening. Management needs to do a better job and help the young kids they hire that clearly are trying, but struggling to keep up.
Good food and selection. The past few months we've had some issues with order accuracy.
