I have been to this location many times and Rowan is my favorite team member. He is always very welcoming, attentive to detail and time oriented. Today I had an issue with my order (through no fault of his). Rowan was there and quick to assist . My issue was resolved and I left a happy customer. I will continue to return to this jersey mikes and refer my friends and family here.
Extremely slow service and two of my family members got sick. I think they were training new employee but no one was in there so I’m not sure why others couldn’t help.

I worked at this Jersey Mike's from august 2024 - April 2025. This was my first job and it was perfect, Hours were flexible and the people who you worked with were always nice and trying to teach and learn. Regulars loved us, and customer satisfaction made the staff satisfied. The team that had grown and developed this Store into the striving and passionate community it was has all been fired and replaced.
