I don't know who the hell in charge of making cookies, but my job ordered about 200 lunch boxes and all the cookies were burned! Hard as a rock! I think one guy chipped his tooth! Crazy! It's like they forgot the cookies were baking and didn't want to waste them
I used to think this location was fabulous, got subs today and the bread was dry and the employees weren't very friendly. Also What the heck is up with discontinuing the Military discount.
We come here not because this is closest to our place but we find the staff friendly and approachable but this time, it is a total different experience. We have to wait longer than usual and our usual Hot Sub came cold and doesn’t look appetizing. Same place, same order but the people are different perhaps the staff before were way better.
