Never had Jersey Mikes before and came here for the first time with my daughter. We were warmly greeted by the staff, especially the two women behind the counter who were super friendly and helpful. The place is so clean and the sandwiches were SO good. Cant wait to come back!
Excellent service every time! This place is always on point—clean, welcoming, and consistently delivers great service. Elijah, the manager, is truly top-tier. He’s professional, friendly, and always greets you with a smile. You can tell he genuinely loves what he does. I’ve never seen him anything but positive, and the conversations are always a highlight. Very clean store. Elijah was very friendly and helpful even though I was the first in the door at 10:01. Made me want to return to this location specifically. Delicious #9 as usual.
I visited this location to order a wrap, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The counter was unclean, and the employee who took my order did not change his gloves. Additionally, the knife was placed on a dirty countertop, and the staff member at the grill was seen handling both food and her hair, which raised concerns about hygiene.
