We ate at the Pelham Rd. Jersey Mike's on Fri., Aug. 1, 2025. The manager, Shane Collins, was working there that evening with one other employee. We decided to eat at the restaurant instead of getting take-out. The friendly manager put our sandwiches together and engaged us personally as we gave him our preferences. THEY DONT WANT TO ANSWER THE PHONE! I placed a delivery order and it was delivered to the wrong house. Door dash told me to contact them since it was placed through their app. I called three times and then the Door dash customer service couldn't get a hold of them. I noticed when I called it would be something different each time like someone is playing with the phone to make the call end. Seriously?!
Yummy! And I am not a sandwich girl. The staff was amazing.
My boy Shane has went above the standards of subs! He made this sandwich like it was made from god himself place it right in front of me! I could taste all the meat, veggies, spices and seasonings in every bite! His customer service was extraordinary so friendly and aware of his surroundings!
