Great place to grab a sub...they are fast, super friendly and quite affordable.
I drive about 5 mi out of my way to go to this specific Mike's because the place is so good the foods always fantastic the people that work there are just incredible and you feel like you're walking into Cheers.
Fast, super friendly, dynamite sandwiches just as you order them and a free sandwich every couple of orders. The only place I go for hoagies!
Train your manager. The way he talks to people is disgusting. I order here all the time, even though my sandwiches are constantly wrong. Last week, I paid for bacon and didn’t get it. I left a comment on the app just to give a heads up, not even asking for anything. Today, I ordered again and my friend picked it up. Your manager, Gary, saw the comment, assumed she was me, and harassed her like she was the problem. Gary, if you don’t know how to speak to customers, maybe stay back in the kitchen. Sorry to say I don't feel welcome coming back to this location again. Didn’t even step through the door because as soon as I stepped out of my car the gentleman with the ponytail working inside saw that I was about to walk in and decided to lift his head in the air and mouth “COME ON”! Seeing that made me uncomfortable and I turned myself around and got back into my car.
