I went to this location for the first time and tried the Big Kahuna Cheese Steak, which was good but came out extremely hot. I had to wait a bit for it to cool down to an edible temperature. The service was just okay, and unfortunately, the table I sat at wasn't clean and could've been cleaner.
Ordered a BLT and got a sandwich full of bacon crumbs
Ordered 2 mini subs ( for kids ) They were very rushed , and not patient so l didn’t want to question the young lady when she was adding the toppings to subs on a large rolls , not the mini /small subs / rolls that l ordered . She ( and everyone that worked there) had a don’t bother me vibe . This was only my second time in a Jersey Mike’s. I have been only to the one in Jupiter , FL and it was busier , larger more crowded yet , the behind the counter staff was much more pleasant. arrived at 8:40 and was told we weren’t allowed to purchase anything because they are “closed” meanwhile the advertised time is until 9:00. i work in the food service industry and know that you cannot turn down customers until the store is closed at it’s advertised time. maybe lock the doors if you are actually closed rather than leaning over the counter on your phones to kill time and blasting trap queen by fetty wap. very embarrassing.
