I don't normally leave reviews, but this place has gotten so bad it is needed. This used to be awesome, the crew was excellent and the sandwiches were top notch. Over the past couple of months the place has turned to be a total disgrace. The staff are always new, they never stay more than a week or two, the food is terrible and the ingredients are no longer fresh. Very disappointed with my recent order at Jersey Mike’s in Chatham. The roast beef bowl was missing tomatoes and pickles, and the turkey sandwich was overloaded with lettuce and poorly made. It felt rushed and careless. I’ve been a loyal customer, but this experience left me dissatisfied and questioning whether I’ll return to this location.
9/23 1030am- the gal that took the order and was the artist was very friendly (smile), wasn’t rushing me and appears to be management material.
Turkey sub is great.
