After a long bike ride thru Santa Clarita Valley, we had lunch at Jersey Mike's for a victory sandwich...and what a fantastic sandwich it was!! We ordered a large roast beef sandwich with provolone cheese but made like a Philly Cheesesteak on the grill with the pepper and onions. Added lettuce, extra tomatoes, pepperchino peppers, avocado, a little of their special relish, mustard, and mayo. My goodness, this is just a simple sandwich place, but the attitude of the workers there is about the worst I’ve seen in Santa Clarita. Impatient, frustrated, sarcastic, passive aggressive, and when I brought this to the attention of the manager, he completely ignored his staff’s horrendous behavior. I ended up walking out not wanting to give my money to folks that treat their customers this way.
Just had horrible experience of eating at this location. They served my beef despite very clearly saying number 55 on the menu. Person preparing the food was not at all apologetic and brushed me away by saying “these things can happen and we are closed now so cannot make another one for you”. This is when I told her I am Hindu.
