It is not often to run into superior customer service anymore, but I need to report that this Jersey Mikes far exceeded expectations!! I had a mobile order and after going home I discovered it had the wrong sandwich in the bag. I called and reached the regional manager, Becky. She quickly resolved the error, and went well above and beyond my expectations in the resolution!! We have been loyal customers of Jersey Mikes for many years, but this was totally unexpected. Agree with previous reviews that this is the worst Jersey Mike's location Ordered online at 8:12, was promised an 8:27 ready time. Arrived at 8:29 and they hadn't even started my order. Other people came in and got finished orders before even getting to mine. At 8:45 I'm still waiting for my food and the location closes at 9. Used to love Jersey Mike's but won't come back now.
Stay away!!! This is the worst Jersey Mike's I have ever been to. The young ladies working in here were rude to the other workers and rude to customers. They talked to people in the worst manner. I dont know what the manager or owner was thinking hiring/retaining them but I am guessing it is a store culture problem and the management is similar. OMGGG these people are RUDE!!!! First time customer 👋 From the moment I walked in the door the amount of attitude I received was shocking. The 2 guys working there were nice. The chick working the register was yelling at the other employees the entire time I was standing there. Both girls were so snarky with me I almost walked out mid order.
