Asked the girl brunette latina I think to please toast my tuna . I am okay if it melts . Other Jersey mike have done it before. She refused . If it was a rule then no chains would do it...... please have this issue resolved.. perhaps she need some talk.. what the....came in for toasted / melted tuna wrap...girl gave some of her her talk to eat instead...please have this resolved
The sub is great (as always), but the 2 employees that were there could improve on their customer service skills.
Good food, but staff is unwilling to work or overworked I've seen them cancel online orders and sign and grunt when they get another
