Staff will make a way out of no way to satisfy the customers. I went in with a last minute requests and they made it happen. The manager heard me talking about my birthday and wished me a Happy Birthday from her seat. I go here for every work event!
I would have given it a five-star but one thing the music was too loud. The girl behind the counter had a hard time hearing my order. Had to repeat it too many times and I guess the corporate office decided no more chicken salad. That's what I had come for. Very disappointed! Also the sandwich that I did get was good!
We've been to at least 8 Jersey Mike's, and this is 1 of my favorite. On 7-24- 2025 we had a giant Italian or the # 13. Extra juices...and it blew my mind!
