Never bothered to write a bad review but IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR TIME - you should go somewhere else. We are all busy and ordering online prior for a pick up can be an effective way to save time. Long story short it took me 50 plus minutes to get my two subs. FIFTY. Placed order and showed up 20 minutes later (per the apps prompting) to be told "we are working on it". They won’t toast a turkey sandwich for a pregnant person who can’t eat cold deli meat because it’s not on the “hot sandwich section” @ whoever was working 1/17/25 11am
I don't know where to start. I just know one thing I will never go back to this location again. You can tell when you're carrying your sub out that it is lighter than any Jersey Mike's you've ever been to. I'm just disgusted with this place, the location on Goldenrod road will give you a sub that won't leave you hungry. I wish I could post a picture but there's no place to do that on this page.
