It’s a hit or miss unfortunately. I’m not sure if the slightly older man there is the owner, but when he’s there everything seems to run smoothly! Timely orders and friendly service. When he’s not there I’ve had instances of total chaos, subs with messed up ingredients or entire food order wrong for my online orders. I placed an online order for 2 hot subs. I know it generally takes longer for these but I walk in and it’s not busy at all. I watch them make my sandwiches and then totally mess up one and have to restart…so I h... read more
40 minutes to make 1 sandwich from an App order. People in line were served faster. Employee wrapping sandwiches and placing in bags was slow as watching paint dry. I saw one person leave their order because they couldnt wait. I guess thats one way to make extra earnings! Very disappointed in the way this is managed.
Changed Review. It's not Restaurant fault. Just uber being useless and can't differentiate between promotions despite it working at every other store.
Refuses to Accept Delivery Orders for Consecutive days. Still haven't fixed and the review will be like this until it's fixed.
