Just ate at this JMS location and what a pleasant experience! Every crew member that was on shift at 1:45 pm today deserves recognition. What they got right: politeness, professionalism, attention to detail building each customer’s sandwich, enthusiasm - they actually enjoyed being there, friendliness, customer engagement… As a small business owner, I was very charmed by this crew. My 15-yo son said, “Mom, I really liked this sandwich. Plus, everyone is so nice. I’d like to come to this location again.”
