If you have food allergies or dietary restrictions, be careful. My sandwich came with cheese despite being dairy-free. Customer service handled it poorly, and even the “free” replacement still required paying extra for GF bread. No acknowledgment or apology in store. Not acceptable.
Every time I go in, I have to repeat myself so many times. Today I told the ladies working what I wanted. A giant club sub on rosemary parm. No Relish, no liquids, no Jalapeño. I trusted the process which I shouldn't have. There was no bacon, and no mayo. That's literally on the recipe on the board. It's not hard to make a sandwich and I'd make it myself if I didn't have a toddler climbing all over me. That's why I come here. For convenience.
