I ordered the Italian combo number 13 and went home with a number 2 .
Ordered a reg sized sandwich for pickup. 20min was supposed to be ready at 12:52pm. 45 minutes later and counting... Nothing. This is getting ridiculous?! Like 10 people standing around waiting for their past due take-out orders. What ever happened to Ameria? She was the old mgr., was great, and it never got like this... People are leaving in disgust without their orders. Better fix or no one will come back

What I ordered I didn’t get! The woman cooking in the back was so busy trying to boss the other staff around she wasn’t looking at what to put on my sandwich everything I ask for wasn’t on the sandwich! They had all of the staff jumping to so many task you can tell no manager was around. I gave my food away to my coworker who said it was nasty herself! I love Jersey mikes but this location needs some work! I should have went back to get a refund or a new sandwich!
