For a guy that’s really hates to post! I had anther excellent experience at Jersey Mike's in Glen Ellyn! The staff is always super friendly and professional and the sandwich I ordered was fresh and delicious this last time. I really appreciate the attention to my order, the girl even remembered my order from 2 weeks ago! Crazy i didn’t remember it. 3 sandwiches and it took them nearly an hour to complete. Phone calls go unanswered. This location is ridiculous and should be closed permanently. I won’t be returning to this location. The sad thing is I’ll probably get a canned response and nothing will change. This location truly gives Jersey Mike’s a bad reputation. Save your time and money and go anywhere else.
Prep time for #56 took a while but sandwich was tasty
Was on a tight timeline and walked in with nobody ahead of me in line. Waited for 10 minutes watching them making what must have been online orders. No “hello”. No “just a minute”. Just silence. Ended up leaving without getting anything because I couldn’t wait any longer.
Took 35 min to order 4 sandwiches, completely unacceptable! They should take some lessons from jimmy johns. Jersey Mikes just lost my business.
