Might want to hire employee’s who make it less obvious that they were ALL (including a customer, who might have known one of the employees) taking guesses on who was showing up based off of the food that was purchased…then EVERYONE looked away and laughed… it’s all on camera too! do better in a already shitty world where your employees make it also worse for people just trying to make ends meet to eat some decent food.
Update: I have no idea what their response is about. I don't have kids. This was my first time here. If they mistreated me because they think I'm someone else they should be ashamed of themselves. Unacceptable behavior. The manager instead of jumping in and helping his team, chose to berate a customer for being frustrated that 3 people were taking 20 minutes to handle orders for 2 people. I walked out without my order because it was so unprofessional. A good manager should jump in and help and not insult customers.
Asked for a water, then got yelled because the worker thought I put lemonade in the cup (it’s the same dispenser). She then made me pour it out and wasted the water as she just walked away.
Best Subs in their class..everything fresh....try it Mike's way. Great service, friendly and competent staff.
