Update: I have no idea what their response is about. I don't have kids. This was my first time here. If they mistreated me because they think I'm someone else they should be ashamed of themselves. Unacceptable behavior. The manager instead of jumping in and helping his team, chose to berate a customer for being frustrated that 3 people were taking 20 minutes to handle orders for 2 people. I walked out without my order because it was so unprofessional. A good manager should jump in and help and not insult customers.
Asked for a water, then got yelled because the worker thought I put lemonade in the cup (it’s the same dispenser). She then made me pour it out and wasted the water as she just walked away.
Best Subs in their class..everything fresh....try it Mike's way. Great service, friendly and competent staff.
The woman worked there with the blonde in her bun is very disrespectful. I walked in to one woman working making subs. The other two male and female worker talking. As soon as I walked towards them they both looked at me and just walked away. After 2 minutes of no one approaching me of course I had to say something. The male coworker decides to say hello and take my order and the other one he was speaking too was very loud saying they were too busy to greet me.
