This was an awful experience. I placed my order at 12:40 and I am a Johnstown Plaza employee and waited inside the establishment of Jersey Mike’s for 25 minutes until someone turned around to ask me the name on my order. I was late for my lunch and didn’t even get to eat it. What a surprise! My order was the first one on the right! The online ordering is so mismanaged at this place. If you’re ever deciding to go to Cheba hut or jersey mikes, do yourself a favor and choose Cheba.
This is the absolute worst customer service I’ve encountered. They, <18 yo kids, could also care less. Waited for 45 mins past pickup time. Asked about my order, told an additional 15 mins when I got to store and it was already supposed to be ready 8 mins before then. Place is absolutely mismanaged but what can you expect with teen management?
Clean, welcoming, and very friendly staff. Everything was well stocked and the team ran like a machine! A great experience from start to finish! I’m excited to come back again :)
