Awesome Philly!
I would not recommend ordering online at this location. My order was marked as ready, but after speaking with three different employees and waiting over 20 minutes, they finally ‘found’ it — sitting there the whole time. No apology, no urgency, just poor service. Extremely frustrating experience but sandwich was decent.
Always a consistent sandwich from jersey mikes. Staff are always super friendly and positive. Wish they made a 3/4 size sandwich, the half isn’t enough and the large is slightly too much.
Wonderful experience at this store. Staff was upbeat, fun and professional. Emily was especially great with suggestions to make my sandwich even better. Loved it!
I ordered both a cold and a hot sandwich. The cold one was made and paid for quickly, but they didn’t even start cooking the hot sandwich until after that. I ended up waiting around for 10 minutes even though no one else was in the store when I arrived. It felt like the staff was more focused on prepping for the rush than taking care of the customers who were actually there.
