10/10!!! I have an autoimmune issue and I have to be gluten free. We are here now and the 5 guys working were all polite and knowledgeable. Made my accommodations with out complaint and followed protocols. I recently was at another JM in the area and met with not so nice way when asking for gluten free. I ended leaving the other JM with out a sandwich! Tonight i decided to give this store a try and glad I did!
Chicken Philly is my favorite and they make it perfect everytime. Staff is extremely friendly and very welcoming. This is the only sandwich shop I would ever go to

I can’t say enough good things about the Mt. Juliet Jersey Mike’s! I stopped in for a quick mini sub and a drink, and the customer service blew me away. Amber, Courtney, Josephine, and Romain are an absolute dream team—so warm, efficient, and genuinely attentive. It’s rare to see a crew work so well together while making every customer feel valued. Fresh food, spotless store, and unmatched energy. Thank you all for making my day!
