I have Door Dashed her many times - different days and different times. Every single time they offer terrible customer service. If you go inside for pickup, they ignore you. If you pickup at the window, you wait forever until someone has the time to acknowledge you waiting. And by acknowledge I mean opening the window and looking at you. They just hand you the order through the window. No one speaks. They are extremely rude. This location really needs whole new staff or a lots of education on customer service.
4 times have have ordered the 13 with Hots and banana peppers. 4 times I have received banana peppers, no Hots, 4 days in a row..... Hire people that can read please
I used to rave about this Jerseys Mike's, but lately its going down hill. Last 2 times my sandwich was sloppy and thrown together. Barely any meat. The help are being very skimpy on ingredients and then copping attitudes when you have special requests. Usually very clean a little trash and the fountain soda machine has not worked in weeks. Dont let this one go down hill too, you guys were the best. Management tighten up your staff please
