My favorite place
Very disappointed today when I picked up two sandwiches which were unmarked when we got them home making it necessary to dig thru to see who’s was what. Unfortunately I got the wrong sandwich and my daughter didn’t want it after I had my hands on it. I went back up and got a fresh one but no offer was made to make this good. I used my Shore points to purchase the third sandwich.
My experience was absolutely terrible! I am a local of the Lexington neighborhood. I visit this location multiple times, but this experience was definitely very unprofessional. There was an eyelash in my food when I took it back. The assistant manager said that he would not be giving my money back and took no accountability nor did Anthony apologize for the eyelash being in my food, very disappointed and will be contacting the appropriate person to get it rectified
