I ordered a Giant BLT which I have had many times this time around Not so Good! I had maybe four slices of bacon thin flat sub hardly no lettuce (not requested) $18 is No Joke Employee need to do better -BLT- Bacon Lettuce Tomato… etc
The pick up process is terrible. They are always busy and pay no mind to the customers who order online.
Edited: something happened and quality, speed and friendliness has definitely changed. A bunch of new faces, slow service and terribly prepared sandwiches is the new normal here. We've been 3 times recently so it wasn't a one time problem. Their sandwiches are half the size they used to be also. We came in 20 min before closing, they had just cleaned the grill and were starting to clean up for the night but when we walked in we felt very welcome. As an athlete, our son eats here once a week. It’s nice to have a sub shop close to the school for a quick meal when needed. The staff are always friendly, the orders are accurate and the store is clean.
