Edited: something happened and quality, speed and friendliness has definitely changed. A bunch of new faces, slow service and terribly prepared sandwiches is the new normal here. We've been 3 times recently so it wasn't a one time problem. Their sandwiches are half the size they used to be also. We came in 20 min before closing, they had just cleaned the grill and were starting to clean up for the night but when we walked in we felt very welcome. As an athlete, our son eats here once a week. It’s nice to have a sub shop close to the school for a quick meal when needed. The staff are always friendly, the orders are accurate and the store is clean.
I waited about half an hour for a takeaway order, without receiving a clear answer from the staff about the delay.
The 3 people working were awesome they was very busy & handled it greatly our wait was surprisingly minimal !!
