Picked up 6 sandwiches, 1:00 PM, 8/30/26. Except for the very nice gal that took our order, the rest of the employees appeared to be confused and quite incompetent. The sandwiches were Terrible! The meat, cheese and toppings were sparse and thrown together haphazardly. No care or pride went into its making. I have been a Jersey Mike's customer since the opening of its original store on Arnold Ave, Point Pleasant, New Jersey. I know how Good their sandwiches can be. Needless to say... I am very disappointed.
12:45 lunch 10 people in line in the store and they are making called in to go orders. 6 workers. Been here 15 minutes.
Every time we visit, Maddie greets us with a wonderful smile... she's friendly, engaging and interacts with us beautifully. Maddie represents everything great about Jersey Mike's!!
