I tried giving this location so many chances just because I love Jersey mikes. Had to wait a while for my online order again. Had missing things and wrong things in my sub again. This location is just not good.
I gave one star because I have no idea what the food tastes like because I've been here two times and they were not busy but ignored me, not even a "hello" I won't go back.
35 minutes waiting for a sandwhich. Not even during rush lunch hour and I’m still standing here. Save your money and go to a sit down restaurant.
I hope this gets someone's attention because I have gotten no response to the complaint i filed on the website and no one at the restaurant will answer the phone. I ordered 2 Club subs and a mini sub on 5-17-26 online and I paid for bacon on the mini sub. The Club subs come with bacon, but all three subs didn't have a single piece of bacon on them.
