Great as always
My wife went to this location for a online pickup order at 10:15am today 06/07. We ordered a giant #13 and a regular #7, "Mikes Way". We eat at Jersey Mikes alot, usually the Orangethorpe store, and always love the subs and the service, except this time. My wife brought our sandwiches home and both were the worst subs we've ever had they were missing toppings and weren't even made the "Jersey Mikes Way, no oil and vinegar and spices. They were plain. The app is so easy to use, unfortunately the employees at this location can NEVER get it right. They also never write the names on the sandwiches that I provide.
Foods great but boy it ain’t cheap! So,this is one of those pay for what you get kinda places. Way above average quality compared to Subway,but again,a footlong is over 20 bucks. I don’t like the tipping question for takeout,or even for dining in..
The young employees were not professional and not kind.. ruuud to the first time customer. It was the first time visit and not familiar how to order. Their attitude was make me so anxious. The young employees need to get job position train again. When I got in the store, atmosphere felt like closing the business tomorrow. Not gratuitous. Very dry manner
