Very bad place i one waited order and 4 employees just stood together and took care of their own affairs I was myself
Every time I come to this Jersey Mike’s, I’m reminded why I keep coming back. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely seems to care about the customers. The sandwiches are consistently fresh, made perfectly, and always taste great. I actually drive an extra 15 minutes out of my way just to come to this location because I know I’ll get great service and a great meal every time. Connor is a huge reason for that. You won’t find a better jersey mikes than this one. The staff, the food, and Conner are all top notch. I’d take a mean here over a meal at any fancy restaurant any day. My daughter said “this is the best sub I’ve ever had” and in 5 years I’d never seen her actually eat/finish a sub until today.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!! Jersey Mike's as a whole is a wonderful sandwich shop. But this location in Franklin Park needs to be shut down. My order through Uber Eats was NOT made as indicated in the order. The 'manager' told me to take it up w/Uber instead of acknowledging their mistake. This isn't the 1st time this location has made a bad stain on the Jersey Mike's brand. Avoid this location at all cost, but continue to patronage Jersey Mike's other locations.
