DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!! Jersey Mike's as a whole is a wonderful sandwich shop. But this location in Franklin Park needs to be shut down. My order through Uber Eats was NOT made as indicated in the order. The 'manager' told me to take it up w/Uber instead of acknowledging their mistake. This isn't the 1st time this location has made a bad stain on the Jersey Mike's brand. Avoid this location at all cost, but continue to patronage Jersey Mike's other locations. I’ve came to this location a few times and this was the first time a staff started a friendly conversation with myself and the other person I was with. Atmosphere was light and friendly, which as a person who’s worked customer service for over 15 years, I greatly appreciate. They didn’t have name tags so I didn’t know his name but he’s a young, slim, white man. Keep being great!
