It was so nice walking in and being greeted by Steven and his team. Steven was friendly, attentive and just had such a great attitude. We’re pretty particular about how we like our sandwiches made, and he actually listened and made them exactly how we asked, which doesn’t always happen at other Jersey Mike’s locations we’ve been to! This is the first time I've ever eaten such a tasteless sandwich. I went there because the TV commercial said it was good, but I'm extremely disappointed. It was too salty, and the bread wasn't even soft. It was a huge disappointment.!!
Called to ask if they’d heat up the meat on my “cold sub” since I’m pregnant and cannot have cold deli meat, they said yeah of course! Other locations have told us no in the past. Then we went in and Alex was super kind, great customer service, and of course the food was delicious. Everyone working there is super nice but you can tell that Alex really does love his job and likes making peoples day. Your kindness and service is appreciated. This was already my favorite location and today sealed it! Keep up the amazing work!
The people who were today 7/10/26 at approximately 2:45pm were all absolutely terrible, taking as long as they possibly could to make a sandwich. No care in the world or sense of urgency as more and more people waited for their food. I got my sandwich 25 mins after the pick up time. I only go there for two people and it’s Davi and his father, they are consistently one of the most hard-working people there. If it wasn’t for them, I would never go back
