I come here sometimes because it’s one of my closest ones. The tall black lady needs to learn some manners and customer service. I ordered a sandwich. Mind you, I paid almost $20 for it. I got it and it wasn’t the way I wanted it. I came back today to get it again since they said they would redo my sandwich. A guy did it the first time and he was actually cool, the woman however had a whole attitude like “check your sandwich cause I ain’t doing it again”. I have been coming here for some time almost any Sunday night and I have never had the best service, tolerable at best, but tonight your guy Donzel was on point friendly, very helpful and efficient. Do what you need to do to keep him!
