Stopped by to redeem birthday freebies sub. The girl then asks me "When's your birthday". I said today. That's why I'm here. Obviously it's today. Duh. I mean why else would I could in today to claim the freebie birthday sub. Has issues with the spp, either she She nor the other store employees bothered to be helpful. They were discourteous, and unaccomodating. Absolute horrible, poor customer service or rather lack thereof. Will never return to this particular location.
Last time I was here I order food did not really tasted good . They have rude employees and not enough staffing always long lines when I come in worst place I came to
Had a turkey/provolone sub delivered. My first sub was on the traditional white roll at a seminar. I opted for the wheat roll on this order. The white has better texture, and it tastes and holds up better. The wheat was light, spongey, and reminded me of a rice cake—mostly air, no flavor; and began to fall apart while I was eating. Tracy is great with customer service ! I know the food & ice tea will always be pristine when he’s working !
The facility was clean, the music was a vibe, the Juneteenth morning crowd up until 2pm was amazing! They were professional enthusiastic, and helpful! I will be back!
