Ordered pickup. Got to the store, watched one of the servers grab her phone for t minutes, ask me what my order was and proceed to ignore me for 10 minutes until another worker finally came and helped. My order was sitting right in the pickup area the whole time. Food was ok.
Bad service
I'm assuming the manager was not there.I ordered two steak and cheese subs, which were about $13 each. When I placed my order, I felt confident that was correct because I never had no issues with this location and the food is normally tasty. When I got home, I realized both sandwiches were completely wrong. To make matters worse, one of the sandwiches had mushrooms on it, and the person it was for is allergic to mushrooms. I loveeee jersey mikes, I enjoy the food and consistency in getting a great sandwich that I know I’ll enjoy. I’ve never had a bad experience at any location until today. This was my first time coming to this location in Fort Washington. I ordered food for pick up, and the order was wrong and just really disappointing. I have been a loyal customer of this Fort Washington location since it opened, and because I travel across the country for work, Jersey Mike’s is usually my go-to road food. My standard order is the Original, but salami doesn't agree with me, so I always ask to substitute it for turkey. I have never had an issue doing this at any other location nationwide—in fact, I just did this exact swap in North Carolina over Memorial Day weekend with zero hassle, no extra charges, and great service.
