It’s absolutely true that reviews can make or break your business. I was interested in trying their subs today, but after reading the reviews, I think I’ll just skip the headache from the sandwiches made wrong to the rude employee. Yeah this is NO for me .
Just went there to order a sandwich. I waited for the girl to finish making the previous sandwich that she was making. She kept reaching into her pocket to play with her phone. And then she went to start cutting my meat without changing her gloves. I asked her are you gonna change your gloves after she had already started cutting some of the meat, and her reply was “do you want me to! “ I ended up walking out and telling them she can keep her sandwich.
