The store clean. The lady behind the counter was spectacular. She made our sandwich the way it was supposed to be. The bread was fresh and the bathrooms were very clean. Unfortunately that’s not where this experience ends. The poor lady was working all by herself at 5 pm on a Friday night. Whoever owns this restaurant should be ashamed of themselves. Absolutely horrific experience. My wife and I stopped in after a day on the beach and we were met with some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in the food industry. The worker, Riley, started off by taking our order and when we asked for a modification on one of our subs, he said no, and when I explained to him that the modification has been done multiple times at several locations, he said that this wasn’t our home and he wasn’t going to lose his job over a modification on a sub. Great subs!
The customer service was AWFUL for both my my experiences! All staff were rude and mumbling under their breaths and rolling their eyes as I ordered. Lacked effective communication and snatched my money from me. I would not come to this place especially if you’re already having a bad day! Do not recommend!
