Typical Jersey Mike’s food which was good, but staff with the exception of one appearing to be the manager was openly disrespectful to that person and lazy. 5 staff there (that I saw, not sure all were “on the clock”) one working and the service was slow. My take away from this location was I was not appreciated and my time was not valued. A better customer experience would be appreciated!
Had a delivery order yesterday and a sandwich was completely missing. Called the store and whoever answered was rude and not even apologetic. Went back today and the staff was amazing and very nice. They replaced it without any problems
