TERRIBLE! As I’m eating my sandwich I noticed plastic. Once I opened the sandwich up, there goes a black string of hair wrapped inside the cheese! Once my wife called, they only thing they could offer was a refund and to remake the sandwich. I will never eat here again.
Great place to stop in! They have an excellent team that really makes us feel warm and welcome! We can always count on JM to shine where so many other places fail!
Why do I you allow such rude employees in your place of business? Just came in for 3 sandwiches and the girl you have working the front is moody, cold to customers, and doesn't listen. Specifically asked for very little mustard and she doused it, my asked for same and she doused his too. Not everyone wants spoonfuls of mustard. Jersey Mikes used to have Subway beat on quality but this visit was different. The sub was just a sub. Nothing noteworthy or special. The value for your money has slipped. Certainly not worth the price.
I recently visit the store last week I picked up an order. My 2nd time visiting this location. I mentioned to the young lady with glasses I'm new to this and had a question about the menu. She just pointed and said read the menu?? She was extremely rude just not helpful as she was cutting bread. There was a man running register he wasn't pleasant either.
