We have been going here for a while but took a huge step back while the boys were there. They were kind to us but every time we went in it to so long to got out orders and we have to get my husband's fixed a few times.... I absolutely love JM’s sandwiches! But the last time I went there I had a pretty bad experience with the in store pick up. After asking multiple times if they started my sandwich and then being out of steak for my sandwich, I got my pick up 45 minutes after the estimate estimated time. I understand they are busy at lunch time but it’s something that happens everyday and management should be aware of the lack of time management skills the employees have. 2 years coming to this location, towards end of last mgmt it was getting unruly with young men working but always friendly and great filling sandwiches. New MGMT isn't as friendly, seems like she's over it already, I noticed her attitude decline in last 2 months. She seems to be trying to save money on portion control....I had bare spots on bread not covered with meat at all. I basically had a $22 lettuce sandwich. I'll go to another location from now on.
