Customer service was awesome and all employees work very well together we got our food in a very quick and efficient manner I was very pleased with everything I will be headed back to this location for sure
Walking in we’re told that there’s a big order and we had to sit and wait to order. 20 mins go by we are ignored, then someone else walks in and orders right away? When we asked the deli meat to be microwaved or heated up due to being pregnant we were told absolutely not an option, only warm sandwiches can be heated…? it takes less than a minute to utilize the oven you literally already have to accommodate someone who’s pregnant and trying to ensure the safety of their baby by avoiding listeria. I only recently discovered Hersey Mike's. They slice the cold cuts to order, it's just not sliced ahead of time and refrigerated. Everything is FRESH and it makes a difference. As far as toppings go, you should ask for it "Mike's Way". The food isn't exactly inexpensive but costs of everything these days have become high. Not the franchise owner's fault. Also, very polite and friendly staff in both of the stores I've visited in CA and AZ.
