When I walked in all the employees were either in the back or sitting in the back of the lobby some were not even dressed in Jersey Mike's clothes if they were they were nasty. No one even acknowledged that I came in the door when the young man went to wrap my sandwich he smashed it down like a pancake and tore the bread all up and then didn't understand why I didn't want it worst experience
Not sure what has changed..but the last couple of times I've entered here the presentation of the workers have been disturbing. Appearance means alot when fixing food. This is the 2nd time Ive saw this one guy, shirt ripped in the front and dirty in the front and back. Just seem very unclean. Overgrown haircuts and facial hair; wild hair on men and women no hair nets. It just gives uncleanliness. I’m highly upset about my order! I went to grab a giant #17 cheesesteak sandwich the person who prepared my food didn’t put in care into my food at all. He didn’t shred my meat up at all it was a block of meat nothing but bread. Food is too expensive to just throw something together. I traveled all the way from Georgia to Baltimore because I travel for work and when I finally sat down to eat my sandwich was not good at all. I’m highly disappointed I want my money back!!!!!
The customer service was immaculate!!! I’ve never been to a Jersey Mikes where everyone was genuinely so happy and had such pep in their steps. These people are unmatched, it was like talking to your best friends! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
