Rude and rude and rude! How do you have 5 people working and only 1 person doing everything! And then have an attitude when you MESSED UP THE ORDER! I will not return even though my sandwich was good.
The guy didn't put my condiments on my sandwich and when I told him he just opened my sandwich and squeezed it on to my meat. Only way to get your sandwich warmed is if you buy the foot long which is like to 6 inch sandwiches
It used to be good when the manager was there. I go on Saturdays and now it's just a bunch of kids. They get orders wrong, mislabel sandwiches, make you substitute your online order for a cheaper sandwich, and leave huge messes of trash in front of store.
Everything about my visit was great - the atmosphere was relaxed, super clean inside and the employees were very helpful. I happened to come in one night where there was an all-female crew and they absolutely killed it! Friendly, fast and just overall great energy. Shouts out to the manager, Emyly, she made sure everything was running smoothly and that everyone was taken care of.
