Service was impolite from the start, employee was on her phone when I arrived. To be honest, that’s not a big deal to me since no one else was in the store, but the lady seemed agitated when she came to take my order. While she was making my sandwich, I thought I noticed something on the cheese but I didn’t say anything because honestly, my eyesight is not good. Going to Jersey Mike’s during lunch I knew it would of been busy. I arrived with a large order in a sheet of paper of how all my coworkers wanted in each sandwich. I handed it to the cashier and she wrote down everything I needed. Between everyone that was there, everyone helped to get all the order done correctly. A lot more people arrived but they were still able to manage making my order and everyone else’s on a timely manner. Thank you crew for doing a great job on the order and customer service. :)
Freshly made
I love this place. Always can get a good sandwich. I get the same sandwich every time and it's made perfectly. However today I was extremely disappointed. Whoever made my sandwich doused it in vinegar oil. I don't mean a splash here and there. It was so soaked in oil, it made the bottom bread soggy, it was gross to hold. I couldn't taste anything but the vinegar oil. =(
