I'm so disappointed with this location. This was my go to spot for a quality sub, but never again. A couple months ago I found a big hair in my sub and was very offput for a while. I've given them a couple chances since then and everything was going fine until tonight when I bit into my sub and pulled out an enormous hair. Your employees need to wear hair nets because this is clearly a consistent issue. I will not be returning because I am beyond grossed out.
I used to come here more. I stopped coming because the man that's always working nights has NO customer service skills. He's rude and makes you feel like you're bothering him by eating here. Haven't been for about a year so I decided I'd try again. Sure enough he's still here, still rude, unfriendly and unkind. Food is decent but a bit pricey and kind of skimpy on toppings. How is this guys still employed???
Great!!! Today we got lucky and the new girl, just moved with excitement, excellent service… My sandwich was made with love… Thank you for doing your best… I tasted it in my first bite
The main difference between this location and others, for me, is the quality of the food. I've been to multiple other JMs, and this was towards the bottom of the list, in terms of taste. The ingredients and sauces weren't as abundant as all other locations I've been to. It felt more like a subway sandwich (i.e., when you ask for olives and they give you four olives).
