I used to come here more. I stopped coming because the man that's always working nights has NO customer service skills. He's rude and makes you feel like you're bothering him by eating here. Haven't been for about a year so I decided I'd try again. Sure enough he's still here, still rude, unfriendly and unkind. Food is decent but a bit pricey and kind of skimpy on toppings. How is this guys still employed???
Great!!! Today we got lucky and the new girl, just moved with excitement, excellent service… My sandwich was made with love… Thank you for doing your best… I tasted it in my first bite
The main difference between this location and others, for me, is the quality of the food. I've been to multiple other JMs, and this was towards the bottom of the list, in terms of taste. The ingredients and sauces weren't as abundant as all other locations I've been to. It felt more like a subway sandwich (i.e., when you ask for olives and they give you four olives). I finally decided to go to jersey Mike's and I ordered 2 medium sandwiches for $26 and a $5 tip even though the service was uninviting and lacking in every way. $30 dollars down the drain.
Yvonne the Manager is so disrespectful to my son, being rude to my son in front of customers and my son always go to work and never called out sick. He couldn't take it from the manager anymore so he quit.
