We had a delivery order today, they nailed it, delicious!!! Thank you and your team!!
Apparently they don't care if they mess up your order. Don't follow up on concerns.
This location does a great job and is always consistent. I go here for lunch 2-3 times a month, and I'm sure I'll go this week.
We ordered through the mobile app and had to wait forever for our food. Asked for no oil and vinegar, but when we saw it being added and spoke up, they just pulled off the lettuce and tomato and kept making the same messed-up sandwich instead of fixing it properly. On top of that, no banana peppers like we requested, and mayo was added even though we didn’t ask for it. How hard is it to make a sandwich correctly when the order is right there in the app? Very disappointing experience and not what I expect from Jersey Mike’s.
