Ordered hot sub and it tasted like spoiled and I order it a often. They asked if they ca remake it, so they made another one which tasted better but still the beef meat wast freshly cooked it looks like it stayed cooked for few hours or so and they just add it onto the sandwich. The worst JMS I ve been and I’m not going there again. I’ve been in almost JMS in this metropolitan.
Ordered 3 sandwiches - they made 2 of the sandwiches incorrectly. One was supposed to be beef and it was chicken, the other had wrong ingredents. I called them to let them know there was a problem. They acknowledged they made a mistake, exceded my expectations by offering a refund then failed to process the refund as promissed. I ordered sandwiches today from a different Jersey Mikes and drove a further distance to avoid shopping in this store.
