Excellent service and very fresh ingredients on my sub
I've been to this Jersey Mike's location numerous times and each time I go to pick up an order I have to wait 10, 15, 20 minutes after the time my order is scheduled to be ready for pick up. The most recent time, 3/13/26 my order was scheduled to be ready at 6:17pm and my order was not ready until 6:37pm. Also there have been at least two occasions where my order was prepared incorrectly.
This Rocky Mount, Va jersey Mike's needs major improvements. They lost my order and then the employee looked at me and told me it's not a big deal to just place it again. I shouldn't have to place it again. They clearly care very little at this location. The higher ups need to get involved with this store because they are clearly untrained and could care less
