I came to the store on Monday afternoon there were 2 other customers in the store at the time. While I was in line waiting on the food to be prepared, I witnessed who I believe was the manager on duty drop a rag on the ground and proceed to pick it up off the ground and wipe the counter down with said rag. I feel this is completely unacceptable and highly unsanitary. We love coming to this location and have never had any problems. I feel like this employee could use some extra training when it comes to public food safety.
Bread was hard. I could have paid less for more meat at subway 18.00 for a 12in sub isn't worth it. It used to be alot better.
Ordered my sub. Ended up with a sandwich totally soaked in oil to the point it was literally sitting in a puddle in the wrapper. That much oil will get someone sick. Totally inedible, thanks. Do better
Staff is very friendly, the girl at the register was very helpful and patient! Food was great!
