I always come here and have a great experience. Store is always clean, the employees are always friendly, the food is always good. This one particular day, I came and got a sub and for some reason when I went to pay the girl on register had entered her phone number for points or something because she had just rung up my order but it showed the amount of points on the account and someone else name. I had never run into a situation like that but please train your employees not to steal the points from OUR dollars we work hard ... read more
Long waits and vacant expressions from the crew there. Waited over 40min for a couple of sandwiches from the grill. Update: 2 years later. Still love the subs and the service has been a lot better. Honestly, even if the service was still slow I’d still only go to Jersey Mikes over other sandwich shops.
Food is expensive and for a sandwich. I understand nowadays pay bands and availability of employees is difficult. The generation now that is entry level aka the face of your your sandwich shop have no clue. No customer service, definitely don't understand the idea of hustle. I ran a full service restaurant for 20 years. The lack of leadership in the staff is a huge place of concern if this was my store. Man. I hope the owner of this establishment sees this review.
