I ordered a Portobello Mushroom on Rosemary and very disappointing. It was extremely skimpy with hardly any toppings, leaving mostly bread. When I took it out of the bag, it felt unusually light, and upon opening it, I was shocked at how little was inside. I’ll ride to McKinney from now on.
I had called and asked for my order to be pushed back to 2:15. Because I made a mistake while ordering it. The gentleman insured me that they would not make my sandwich until 2:00 p.m. and it would be ready by 2:15 for pickup. I go to get my sandwich and it is ice cold. They made it at 1:00 p.m. this is the third time this has happened where I've picked up a hot sandwich and it has been cold cold. They always seem to mess up an order when I have to pick it up. I will never go back to this location
