Service was great, the crew here is really on top of it. Food was good, standard Jersey Mike's quality. The shop was clean and had a decent vibe, just a little crowded when I walked in. 4 stars for being a reliable lunch option.
Great sandwiches. Fresh ingredients always.
I do in store and online orders from here all the time and have NEVER been disappointed! My food is always delicious and on point! The bread is honestly my favorite! It’s warm, fresh, and perfectly cooked every. single. time. I’ve never had a bad experience with the food and service here! If you want a great Jersey Mike’s, I’ll always recommend this location, whether it’s a little further or not! I come from Mckinney basically Melissa just to go to here!
Ordered a sub and bread was stale from my first bite. I called up and a manager said they would remake it. Then Christian another manager called back and basically said it don’t matter what the other manager said and their not going to remake it. That was after I was told by the first manager that they’ll remake it. I even offered to bring in the stale sub that I only ate one bite of and Christian basically said it doesn’t matter we won’t remake it. Horrible service!!!!
