Waited 30 minutes for our subs to then be told they were given to someone else. Had to wait for them to be made, again. No offer for a refund or apology.
I got a masterpiece of a sandwich this afternoon! Perfectly made, friendly and polite conversation and customer service, always a good experience at this location
I had Jersey Mike's cater a work event for me. I ordered about 100 sandwiches and 100 brownies. Everything was delicious, they were very communicative about timing and pick up, they provided everything I needed. The employees were also very sweet. Everyone at the event was impressed and grateful for the yummy sandwiches!
