The lady at this facility had a nasty attitude very unwelcoming didn’t show any signs of Customer Service and had a nasty snare on her face. If you can’t take the heat of being a Customer Service then get out the kitchen. I probably won’t return to this location. The gentleman working was at least a little bit pleasant.
Malcom, Tommy, Nyt, and Vanessa made the experience so fun! I love Jersey Mikes so much.
They work a bunch of giant corporate orders so weekdays at noon the wait is like half an hour, and with how busy they got their wires crossed and didn't get my order right. I'm sympathetic to the difficulties of the lunch rush, but like if I waited half an hour and the sandwich doesn't have what I asked for I can't give you more than two stars. It tasted fine.
