I placed an online order at 7:49pm, I purposely drove around for an extended period of time just to give them an adequate amount of time to prepare the order. I ordered two giant subs and some cookies, something very simple. I arrived at the location at 8:15 pm. The place was packed with people just waiting on food. Jersey Mike’s in Creve Coeur delivers a true “sub above” experience every time. The team is always friendly, efficient, and clearly working hard. I go here for lunch often and they consistently keep the line moving without sacrificing quality. The food is always fresh and made just right. Roberto stands out—he’s always helpful, welcoming, and remembers me whenever I stop by. It’s that kind of personal touch that keeps me coming back. Great crew, great subs, and great service!
When I go in, it's like one employee making sandwiches, working the register, handing online orders, and answering questions. Then, there are four other employees just standing there talking to each other. I don't get it. It's a sandwich, what could possibly take so long?
Great service! Always clean. Only location I go too. Management doing something right here!
