I had a terrible experience at the Jersey’s in Creve Coeur, MO with an employee named Roberto. I placed an order online and picked it up about 20 minutes later. When I got home, I realized my chips were missing. When I mentioned it to Roberto at pickup, he just handed me the chips and asked, “Is anything missing?” Then I noticed my sandwich had the banana peppers and pickles on the side instead of on the sandwich. Love J Mikes. Hate this location. Unfortunately it is closest to me. I feel like I am a burden every time I walk in. Old guy tonight won’t speak clearly then talks to me like I’m an idiot when I answer incorrectly since I did not understand his mumbles. Location closest to my old home in KC is a machine and so friendly. Wish I had the balls to not tip but I can only hope it’s pooled for back of house staff. $13 for an ~8 inch sub after tip and my fiancé goes down the street and has a bigger sandwich and chips for $12 from he... read more
