We've come to this Jersey Mike's before and never had an issue in the past, but the bread on both sandwiches were hard and falling off in pieces! Not sure if something changed, but I would not recommend this place if old bread is given for freshly made sandwiches. Very disappointed.
First time here and my mom comes here quite often. We were being helped by the most RUDE and impatient manager who I posted here. He snapped at us and said “Now I asked you ladies if you wanted anything else before you said NO”. Meanwhile when he asked us before when we wanted anything else we did tell him what we wanted he was too busy speaking to another worker and snapping at said worker as well and embarrassed him in front of all of us.
