I showed up before closing, and there were three gentlemen in there none of which were going to serve me because they were closing soon. As a small business owner myself, I can’t afford to close my doors five minutes or 10 minutes even before it’s time to close. if you’re gonna be open till 9 o’clock, be open till 9 o’clock. On a positive note, the three guys were very nice, but they still wouldn’t serve me.
Excellent food selection that is very similar to East Coast delis where they slice their own meats. Solid cheesesteaks with good bread. Bread could be better but it is good enough for a solid sandwich.
I had the pleasure of meeting Luis Sandoval, the General Manager, and I can’t thank him enough for recommending The California Club. It has now become my go-to spot. Luis takes great pride in the restaurant, and it truly shows in the level of service, attention to detail, and overall experience. His professionalism and dedication create a welcoming atmosphere that makes every visit memorable. Highly recommend!
The staff at this location were spectacular. My friend has gluten and dairy allergies. The team took the time to clarify with us, wiped everything down extremely thoroughly, and communicated clearly with one another how to handle her sandwich. We have visited other locations and have been pleased with how they handle allergies, but we were blown away by this team. We felt extremely respected. Amazing team, we are so grateful for the attentiveness.
