Small sub shop. I like the food. Be prepared to stand in line. As a senior I did not appreciate that. But the staff is helpful and the place is clean.
If I order online, I would expect the order to be exactly as ordered, since there is a list (the order is not verbally taken). I ordered 12 subs, and there were several mess-ups; wrong bread, mayonnaise or not mayonnaise, missing hot peppers, etc. Subs were still good, but kids are picky eaters - several of the subs were just tossed in the trash. Sometimes good, sometimes not. About every other time I order from here they put my sub on the wrong bread. It did not used to be this way. A little attention to detail would go a long way. I enjoy Jersey Mikes, but I’m tired of paying to get home and realize that yet again they have screwed up my order. It’s all so tiresome.
